The present invention relates to a membrane and media of metal (III) orthophosphates for extraction of high-purity bioethanol, a preparation method thereof and a preparation method of high-purity bioethanol using the membrane and/or media. More particularly, the present invention is directed to: a membrane and media of 8-oxygen ring metal (III) orthophosphates to extract continuously and selectively bioethanol of high purity not less than 99.6 v/v% for use as an alternate fuel to fossil fuel, gasoline, etc. through adsorptive dehydration of 93.0-93.2 v/v% hydrous ethanol, the hydrous ethanol being obtained by treating biomass such as saccharides (corns, sugarcanes, etc.), starches (potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.), celluloses (waste wood, etc.) and seaweeds (agar, etc.) with a series of processes consisting of pretreatment, fermentation, distillation and so on; a preparation method of the same; and a preparation method of high-purity bioethanol using the membrane and/or media.
