The holder has a holding peg having a baseplate. The holding pegs has a hole (32) within which a lightweight unit is bonded. The connection to the holding pegs is behind a free piece of the base plate. The holding pegs have an attachment section. The attachment section can be brought within the lightweight unit into the hole. The attachment section has an upper section, a central section and a lower section. The upper section and the lower section are disk-shaped. A diameter of the upper section as well as the end section has a hole of corresponding diameter to hole (32). An independent claim is included for a method.
