A lower cover covers and supports a lower portion of the three-phase induction motor. An inverter circuit is fixed and attached to a lower surface of the upper cover, is spaced apart from an upper surface of the three-phase induction motor so that the cool air discharged from the cooling unit of the three-phase induction motor is readily supplied.
