METHOD OF COMBINED USE OF ELECTRONIC HARDWARE AND COMPONENTS FOR SECURING FINANCIAL, LEGAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, COMMERCIAL AND TECHNICAL OPERATIONS

Method of combined use of electronic hardware and components for securing financial, legal, administrative, commercial and technical operations, characterized in its basic version by a transponder (2) integrated into one of the objects of the group (1 - drawing #1) which corresponds via waves with the electronic chip (7) of the portable telephone (8) via the transmission of an encrypted code, personalized for the owner (9). The codes contained in the transponder and the portable telephone must be identical in order to activate and validate any operation executed by the latter. This secure configuration thus allows the user to carry out his confidential operations with a computer (12) or an automatic cash dispensing machine ATM or other apparatus serving to pay for purchases of goods or services (11) by virtue of the emission (14) by the portable telephone of an encrypted code (9) which is transmitted to the processor of these apparatuses by a receiver (13).
