[PROBLEMS] The invention aims to enhance the electrical conductivity of rubber without impairing the elasticity thereof though both properties were incompatible with each other in the prior art. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A composite material obtained by freeing a dispersion in a solvent of zero-dimensional structures having aspect ratios of 3 or below and one-dimensional structures having aspect ratios of 10 or above from the solvent, wherein the one-dimensional structures in the dispersion are in an isolatedly dispersed state and the volume ratio of the one-dimensional structures to the zero-dimensional structures in the ram material is 0.01 to 100.
