The present invention relates to a foreign word data storing method using a web server, in which a word group with words classified by parts of speech, a word group with words having similar pronunciations and meanings, a word group with words having two or more meanings, a word group with words having the same initial letter, a word group with words having the same final letter, an antonym group, a singular and plural word group, and a prefix and suffix group are stored and input in the form of a classified table. The present invention relates to a storing method for interconnecting words and pictures, and to a foreign language learning method using an Internet communication network connected to a web server. The learning method of the present invention includes the steps of: clicking pictures or words, and listening to the pronunciations while watching the words or pictures to practice; clicking the pictures of a large classification to expand the clicked part, and clicking the expanded picture and listening to the pronunciation to practice; moving the words and pictures in the left or right directions to review the lesson; clicking the classified word or picture to enable the picture or word the meaning of which is the same as the clicked word or picture to pop up below the clicked word or picture, and enabling the associated word and sentence to pop up again below the popped up word or picture to practice the word and sentence association; and pronouncing the popped up picture or motion picture within a preset time. The present invention enables students to repeat watching pictures and listening to words to practice, and enables students to search words and pictures through a wide variety of methods according to the subdivided table. The present invention arouses the enthusiasm of students, and enables students to enjoy games and learn English, Japanese, Chinese, German, French, and other foreign languages at the same time.
