This invention describes Architecture, Systems & Methodology of delivering rich information to the recipient in a hassle free way. The recipient just makes day to day routine calls and gets desired information as a by product of such calls. The information is extracted from various subjects of common interest and is delivered to the recipient in the form of media files i.e. audio / audio - visual files of short duration. The systems of this invention ensures delivery of dynamic, randomized, customised, prioritized media fifes to the recipient ensuring no repetition. This invention makes it feasible to deliver such media content files in various call scenarios of "idle, call wait and call hold" wherein either the calling party or the caller party is a subscriber. Thus, rich media content substitutes normal plain ring back tone or a song or an announcement or a message pre-recorded by the subscriber.
