METHOD TO ACHIEVE THE MINIMUM CONDITIONS TO MAKE A DEAL BETWEEN A PLACE OWNER AND AN ARTIST TO SCHEDULE AN EVENT

Method for fulfilling the minimum conditions for the stipulation of an agreement between at least one venue owner (A) and at least one service provider (B) for the programming of an event using an IT environment, said conditions being controlled by a central computer. The method involves the following stages: a) at least one owner (A) of at least a venue for the performance of an event inputs all the information needed to programme said event in a first database (DB1); b) at least said one service provider (B) inputs all the information useful for programming said event in a second database (DB2); c) at least one user (C) inputs in a third database (DB3) a plurality of information relating to - said user's identity; - the service(s) required by said user; - the preferred venue(s) and/or geographical locations for said service; - the specification of one or more service providers required; - the period of time in which the user wishes to schedule said event; and - possibly also the maximum price that the user is willing to pay for said event; d) the data contained in said first, second and third databases (DB1, DB2, DB3) are processed in a fourth database (DB4) so as to create information groups relating to events coinciding with the conditions expressed in said first, second and third databases, said datasets being useful in the programming of said event according to the requirements of the venue owner and of the service provider; e) the transmission to the venue owner (A) and to at least one service provider (B) of at least one information group (140) that meets the minimum conditions specified by said venue owner (A) and by said service provider (B) for the stipulation of said agreement relating to said programmable event.
