A method for multi-objective management of the electrical and thermal power generated by a co/trigeneration energy system (4) in a multi-source energy plant (2) comprising one or more loads (6); the co/trigeneration energy system (4) comprises an electronic unit (15) implementing a multi-objective function (Fmo) comprising: first computation parameters (PTi, Oi) containing the values of the electrical and thermal powers exchanged within the multi-source plant (2) between a cogeneration module (7), loads (6), auxiliary sources (5), and an electric network (3); and a set of second (Ci, Ai) and third computation parameters (Ni) correlated to the costs of management and, respectively, of efficiency of the generation and exchange of the electrical and thermal powers within the multi-source energy plant (2); the method envisages the step of determining optimal values (PUi) of the electrical and thermal powers that the co/trigeneration system (4) must supply at output to minimize the multi-objective function (Fmo), and the step of varying the electrical and thermal powers generated by the cogeneration module (7) as a function of the optimal values calculated (PUi).
