A push-in interbody spinal fusion (300) implant having an expandable height. The implant comprises upper and lower members (102 and 106) with an expander (321;322) in between. When the expander is changed from one position to another where it is rotated in a plane parallel to the axis of the upper and lower members, the height of the implant is increased.
