Disclosed is an injection needle which produces no pain upon being punctured and causes no unwanted stress in a patient to thereby improve the therapeutic effect significantly, which does not cause the induration of a part of the skin or a muscle into which the needle is punctured even when the frequency of injection is increased, which has a tip having the shape of a pine needle, and which has, on a part of a needle stem in the vicinity of the tip of the needle, about two to six holes through which a medicinal solution is to be injected.
