The present invention relates to compounds comprising a photolabile protecting group of formula (ii): in which r1 and r2 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical, to their use as coupling agent for the functionalization of the solid supports. The present invention also relates to the solid supports, functionalized by these compounds, as well as their use for the immobilization of the molecules of biological interest, in particular of nucleic acid molecules.
