HEAT SENSOR, NON-CONTACT TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE, AND NON-CONTACT TEMPERATURE MEASURING METHOD

Provided are a small heat sensor, which has high detection sensitivity and high responsiveness, is easily manufactured and can be mounted on a surface, and a non-contact temperature measuring method.A heat sensor (104) is provided with: a ceramic body (10) composed of an NTC thermistor ceramic; heat detecting section electrodes (1, 2); temperature compensating section electrodes (6, 7); external electrodes (3, 4, 8); and a hollow section (5).  The heat detecting section, i.e., a surface layer section of the ceramic body (10), generates heat due to, for instance, radiative heat transfer, and a resistance value of a thermistor ceramic layer between the heat detecting section electrodes (1, 2) is reduced.  Since heat of the heat detecting section of the ceramic body (10) is insulated by the hollow section (5) and is prevented from diffusing, a small heat capacity of the heat detecting section is obtained, and high sensitivity and high-speed responsiveness can be obtained.
