An oil economizer comprises an oil delivery tube (1), a conducting wire (2) whose outside is coated with an insulated material, a circuit board (3) and an oil economizer shell (4). The conducting wire is tightly coiled on the outer surface of the oil delivery tube along the length direction of the oil delivery tube. Two ends of the conducting wire are connected with the circuit board at positions close to two ends of the oil delivery tube, and the conducting wire generates an oscillation signal under the action of the circuit board. The oil economizer shell is located at outside of the oil delivery tube, the conducting wire and the circuit board. And the oil delivery tube, the conducting wire and the circuit board are all fixed on the shell.
