Disclosed is an emergency rescue system using eye expression recognition, comprising an eye expression recognition client and an eye expression recognition server which communicate with each other via a wired or wireless network. The eye expression recognition client creates a rescue message based on a rescue signal with reference to a prestored message converting database, and sends the rescue message to the eye expression recognition server through the wired or wireless network. The rescue signal is a combination of a first signal and a second signal. The first signal is constituted by the combination of patterns marked on a virtual plane by using the changes in the gaze of the eye of a rescuee sensed on the basis of the components of the pupil thereof. The second signal is obtained from the artificial changes in the blinking of the rescuee. The eye expression recognition server analyzes the sent rescue message to judge an emergency condition, searches for rescue information relevant to said emergency condition from a rescue information database, and systematically performs emergency rescue work or makes a request for emergency rescue to the server of the associated organization on the basis of the found rescue information.
