The device (101) has radially tubular outer envelope (106) presenting two end portions (110, 111) and two bosses (119, 120) connected together by a shrinkage (118). An outer duct structure (105) is integrated to the end portions delimiting annular resonance chambers (116, 117). The chambers communicate between the shrinkage and the structure. The structure has cylindrical sections (102, 104) that are independent and axially interior ends (102a, 104a) projecting radially towards exterior in the corresponding chamber to modify propagation of acoustic waves in the envelope.
