In a control and guide system for production and quality assurance processes in production lines having a plurality of machining stations and/or tools for carrying out particular quality assurance or production operations, the machining stations or tools comprise at least one sensor for capturing measured values of at least one measured variable of the quality assurance or production process on a product, and a transmitter/receiver for emitting at least in almost real time measured values capturing during the quality assurance or production process immediately after capturing thereof by way of a communication path to an evaluation station and for receiving feedback from the evaluation station. The evaluation station comprises a data processor and data storage. The evaluation station is associated with a documentation program component in order to document captured measured values of at least one measured variable in a structured manner during the quality assurance or production process, a classification and evaluation program component in order to classify and evaluate the measured values immediately after receipt thereof by way of the communication path at least in almost real time and to derive at least one process influence or process notification action depending on the classification and evaluation thereof, and a transmitter/receiver, in order to give off at least in almost real time an appropriate message containing the respective derived process influence or process notification action to the respective machining station or the respective tool and/or a control station by way of the communication path.
