The connector has a joint part provided in a joint area between panel-shaped concrete wall elements. An opening is provided in the joint area for retaining reinforcement devices. The joint part and the opening of the wall elements are filled with grouting mortar. The reinforcement devices are provided with an elongated support (1) e.g. rod or band shaped support, where the support comprises reinforcement elements i.e. double head bolt (2), moving at a distance relative to each other perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the support.
