A management software framework architecture and development system, wherein the framework architecture contains a file module, an organization module, an interception module and a line module; the file module refers to file generation, collection and filing; the organization module is used to determine the number of the interceptions; the interception module is a part of man-machine interaction; the line module refers to the sequential relations between interceptions in the file data generation and circulation processes.
