Disclosed are a membrane structure allowing simple tension regulation and a tension regulator (100, 200) for a membrane. The tension regulator (100, 200), is detachably installed on the membrane structure such that a worker 5 can easily regulate tension of an outer skin (50) of the membrane structure using the tension regulator at the outside of the membrane structure to install an outer skin (50) of the membrane structure while visually checking whether the outer skin (50) is uniformly tightened over the membrane structure, thereby reducing time to install the outer skin (50) and improving work efficiency. In the membrane structure allowing simple tension regulation, tension reinforcement rails (40) are coupled with a plurality of horizontal, vertical, and ceiling support rods (10, 20, 30) spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, respectively, a plurality of tension regulators (100, 200) are installed to tightly pull a whole outer skin (50) of the membrane structure, and then a fitted part (60), which is formed by inserting a core material (70) into a receiving space formed at both sides of the outer skin (50), is coupled with each tension regulator (100, 200), so that the whole outer skin (50) is tightened. The membrane structure includes the tension regulators (100, 200), each of which includes a first fixing frame (110, 210), a second fixing frame (120, 220), and a fixing rod (130, 240).
