A method, device and system for transmitting 100 gigabit Ethernet in an optical transport network are provided, which pertain to communications field, solve the problem that the complexity for performing is high, the device cost is high and the transparent transport of bits is not satisfied. The solution is: converting the accessed 100 gigabit Ethernet multiple channels parallel interface data to a serial client data flow (S101); mapping the serial client data flow into the payload section of the Optical Payload Unit-4 (OPU4), and performing the overhead processing (S102); forming Optical Transport Unit-4 (OTU4) circuit interface data, and sending the interface data (S103). The present invention is used for transmitting 100 gigabit Ethernet in an optical transport network.
