A microbial formulation for promoting plant growth is provided, which comprises a mixture of beneficial microbial isolates and is developed for customized solution of soil health related problem The microbial formulation can further provide protection against plant pathogens, lower the need for nitrogen containing fertilizers and soluble minerals, and make plant valuable nutrients available, and thus reduce or eliminate the need for chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
