A fine concave portion having a flat bottom surface is formed precisely and easily.For the purpose, using a member (4) to be molded obtained by diffusion-bonding two base members (50, 60) having different laser workabilities on the flat bonding surfaces (50a, 60a) thereof, laser light of a predetermined wavelength is applied from the base member (50) side having relatively higher laser workability of the two base members (50, 60) toward the base member (60) having lower laser workability to completely ablate the laser-applied portion of the base member (50) from the bonding surfaces (50a, 60a) by laser action, thereby forming the fine linear concave portions (34, 35) in the member to be molded (4).
