The present invention relates a thermal power generation system with at least one heat exchanger wherein the at least one heat exchanger comprises a main pipeline, at least one first pipeline connected to the main pipeline and extending in a radial direction from the main pipeline at a first section of the main pipeline, at least one second pipeline connected to the main pipeline and extending in a radial direction from the main pipeline at a second section of the main pipeline, and at least one longitudinal pipeline wherein the at least one longitudinal pipeline connects the at least one first pipeline and the at least one second pipeline and wherein the at least one longitudinal pipeline is equipped with a heat radiator having a fractal form.
