The system has an electronic control unit including an information processing unit i.e. processor, to provide a synthetic image (500) of a space surrounding an aircraft, to a display screen i.e. horizontal situation indicator type screen. The image comprises a symbol (401) of the aircraft and a representation of a crossed trajectory of another aircraft, and another symbol representing different positions occupied in the space by the latter aircraft at different instants. The image comprises a third symbol (420) of a protective zone situated around the former aircraft.
