The invention relates to multilayered airtight wall panel, primarily for passive houses, the space between the armatures of which is filled with an insulating material with a low thermal conductivity factor, characterised by that between the external and internal armature (1,2) a closed-cell hard foam insulating material (3) with a thermal conductivity factor of λ ≤ 0.03 [W/mK] is placed, and on the other side of the internal armature (2) and/or the external armature (1) a further layer of insulating material (4) is applied. The solution according to the invention is based on energy-saving construction, as a result of which modern heat insulation can be ensured.
