A mobile device (TM) substantially comprises six functional units: a first unit (UGA), dedicated to the detection of environmental quantities; a second unit (UGF), dedicated to the detection of physiological and biometric quantities; a third unit (UG), dedicated to the georeferenced location of the device or terminal itself; a fourth unit (UCG) that is able to process the environmental, biometric and space-time data, as well as to transmit them to an operating centre and/or receive instructions therefrom; a fifth unit (UC) that is able to communicate in bi-directional mode with the data-processing centre; and a sixth unit (UA) that provides adequate electric-power supply for the circuits.
