The invention relates to medicine, veterinary, and the food industry and can be used for endotoxin determination. The invention provides a diagnosticum, a method for producing it and a set for carrying out the abacterial instant diagnosis of the presence of gram-negative bacteria in a biological material, for determining the total LPS of endotoxin-producing gram-negative bacteria, and also for identifying the genus and type of endotoxin-producing gram-negative bacteria. In addition, said invention makes it possible to carry out for no more than 10 minutes the step-by-step instant diagnosis, starting with the detection of the presence of the total LPS of gram-negative bacteria to the detection of the LPS of the given genus and type of gram-negative bacteria. The inventive diagnosticum comprises a carrier in the form of a polystyrene latex with monoclonal antibodies sensitized thereon, said polystyrene latex carrier being represented by core-shell type particles, in which the core is the polystyrene latex and the shell is the styrene and zinc methacrylate copolymer at a mass unit ratio ranging from 1:0.8 to 1:0.4, and monoclonal antibodies, in particular of an IgG2a and IgG2b or IgG3 and IgG2a or IgG1 and IgG2a-k or IgG1 and IgG2a subclass, with which the latex particles are sensitized.
