The cell has a base station (BTS) connected to a main antenna (A0), and emitting /receiving a communication signal. Repeaters (R1-R4) are connected to auxiliary antennas (A1-A4). An optical fiber (10) connects the repeaters with the base station, and transmits the signal from the station to the repeater. The base station has a checking device for checking emission/reception, at level of the main antenna, of the signal having delay equal to transport delay for synchronizing the signal emitted/received by the antennas.
