PURPOSE: A suction plate for removing dirty spots from laundry is provided to soak dirty spots by steam by discharging the steam smoothly.;CONSTITUTION: A soaking member(30) passes through the top of a cover plate mounted one side of a mesh net(21). The soaking member has a discharging hole in the top and bottom of the center. A bind casing(40) has a suction housing(10) inside and is connected to the bottom of the soaking member.
