PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a Bi-Te based thermal conductive material by an ECAP method is provided to increase mechanical intensity by miniaturizing a grain by forming re-crystallization through a plastic deformation at high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A thermal conductive material is prepared by selecting one of grinded powder or sintered powder. The thermal conductive material is inserted into a metal can and is sealed. The surface of the metal can is coated with the lubricant, is inserted into an ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Pressing) mold(20), and is stabilized for 5 to 15 minutes. The ECAP changed sample is taken off to the outside of the mold by lowering a plunger(30). A channel(21) with a cross angle of 90 degrees and a curvature angle of 20 degrees is formed in the ECAP mold. A thermocouple(22) is inserted near the channel for measuring the temperature of the ECAP mold.
