PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing moisture and salt of food waste is provided to recycle the food waste efficiently while preventing environmental contamination, and to reduce maintenance cost of the food waste. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing moisture and salt of food waste includes a screw piece(1), a grip(2), a wheel(6), a fixing nut(3), and a special screw bolt(7). The screw piece fixes the grip. The grip is connected with the wheel. A fixture(5) is formed on the wheel. A retainer(8) protecting a bearing is soft and strong. A bearing case(9) protects the bearing. A special bearing(10) is made of a material having abrasion resistance. A perforated screen(12) has a plurality of perforated holes of which diameter is 5mm.
