PURPOSE: A flow direction rotation device for subsea fixed ocean stream generation is provided to reduce fluid resistance or wave power generated on the surface of the water by positioning all equipment underwater. CONSTITUTION: A flow direction rotation device for subsea fixed ocean stream generation comprises a fixing part(10), a rotary shaft(20) and a buoy(30). The fixing part has a substructure(12). A coupling hole(13) is formed in the substructure to be fixed on the ground of the riverbed. A fixed file is integrally formed on the upper side of the center of the substructure. The rotary shaft is vertically inserted into the fixed file. A gear-box(22) and a direction rudder(23) are installed on one side of the rotary shaft. In the buoy, one end of the wire is connected to a pad eye(24) formed on the upper side of the rotary shaft. A second pad eye(32) is formed on the lower side of the buoy.
