NONINFLAMMABLE HONEY COMB COMPOSITE MATERIAL FILLED WITH MELAMINE FOAM AND METHOD PRODUCING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A noncombustible honeycomb composite in which melamine foams are filled and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer insulation and soundproof property while maintaining noncombustible property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a noncombustible honeycomb composite comprises the following steps of: forming a core cell which is a honeycomb member(100); injecting a melamine formaldehyde condensate dispersed solution to an inner side of the core cell(200); and foaming the condensate using high frequency(300). In a third step, the high frequency having a frequency in a range of 0.95~3.0 GHz are irradiated.
