PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing convenient dictionary service while a user is reading a webpage are provided to conveniently use the dictionary service by offering the dictionary service window by clicking a particular item included in a bookmark. CONSTITUTION: A semantic information database(130) stores translated semantic data. A pronunciation information DB(140) stores the pronunciation data. A dictionary service window provider(110) receives a query inputted by a user of a terminal device. A semantic and pronunciation information provider(120) searches for the semantic data or pronunciation data. The semantic and pronunciation information provider offers the searched data.
