PURPOSE: A high order harmonic-rejection mixer using a current steering technique is provided to improve power efficiency by converting an input signal into an input current only one time.;CONSTITUTION: An input current generating part(20) generates an input current corresponding to an input signal. A first path circuit part(22) includes a plurality of transistors. A source of the transistor of the first path circuit part is commonly connected to an output node of the input current generating part. A second path circuit part(24) includes a plurality of transistors. A source of the transistor of the second path circuit part is commonly connected to an output node of the input current generating part. The transistor of the second path circuit part corresponds to the transistor of the first path circuit part. A load part(26) is commonly connected to a drain of the transistor of the first path circuit part. The load part generates an output voltage in a connecting node.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
