PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring a blood glucose using an electrophoresis without gathering blood are provided to calculate the blood glucose accurately by correcting the measurement result according to the skin resistance and skin temperature.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a blood glucose without gathering blood includes a first extraction electrode(120), a second extraction electrode(125), an extraction electrode alternator(115), and a microprocessor. The extraction electrode alternator alternatively applies a constant current to the first and second extraction electrodes according to a control signal of a microprocessor. The microprocessor calculates an initial blood glucose of a patient based on the current inputted from an operation electrode(135) and corrects the initial blood glucose of the patient according to the skin resistance and the skin temperature. The microprocessor calculates the final blood glucose of the patient by applying the generation current, the skin resistance, and the skin temperature to the preset algorithm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
