PURPOSE: A dosing pump for casting aluminum and a dosing method using the same are provided to perform a diecasting process without breakage of molten metal.;CONSTITUTION: A dosing pump for casting aluminum includes a suction pipe(12), a driving motor(14), and an impeller(18). A melting liquid inlet(12a) is formed on the bottom of the suction pipe. The driving motor is installed at the top of the suction pipe. The impeller is installed at the bottom of the suction pipe, and connected to a rotary shaft(16) of the driving motor. The impeller includes a boss part, a suction hole, a suction vane, and a skirt part. The boss part is connected to the rotary shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
