PURPOSE: A method for eliminating a shadow hole in a stable mobile communication network, and a system for managing coverage therefor are provided to eliminate a hole area by controlling a base station sector orientation corresponding to a sub beam in order to prevent the occurrence of a hole region cased by signal mixing.;CONSTITUTION: A simulation execution management server(500) performs simulation to confirm the coverage of a mobile communication network at a specific region. Based on the GIS data and the antenna shape information, the simulation execution management server detects the coverage of the mobile communication network at a certain region.
