PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high molecular weight atactic polyvinyl alcohol nano non-woven fabric containing silver and the polyvinyl alcohol nano non-woven fabric manufactured thereby are provided to offer good antibacterial, heat resistance, antiseptic and deodorization properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high molecular weight atactic polyvinyl alcohol nano non-woven fabric containing silver comprises a step for performing an electrospinning process of a spinning solution by dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and colloidal silver in a solvent. The manufacturing method of the high molecular weight atactic polyvinyl alcohol nano non-woven fabric further includes a step for stabilizing the spinning solution between a spinning solution manufacturing process and the electrospinning process. The high molecular weight atactic polyvinyl alcohol nano non-woven fabric containing silver includes colloidal silver of 0.001 ~ 5 parts by weights based on the atactic polyvinyl alcohol of 100 parts by weights.
