PURPOSE: A method for synthesis of nano-particles using a carbine derivative is provided to synthesize nano crystalline having uniform size and size by adjusting reaction speed of the nano-particle more easily.;CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesis of nano-particles uses a carbine derivative indicated to a chemical formula 1 or 2 to form the nano-particle by adding one or more precursor material on an organic solvent. In the chemical formula 1, X is O, S, Se, Te or Po. R1 and R2 is an aryl group of substituted or non-substituted carbon number 5 - 50 or an alkyl group of substituted or non-substituted carbon number 1 - 50.
