PURPOSE: A multiband UWB system and an NBI cancelling method using hybrid chirp pulse standardization based on linear and non linear function are provided to efficiently suppress NBI by using a linear function.;CONSTITUTION: An inference bandwidth detection unit(110) detects a lower band in which an NBI(Narrow Band Interference) exists. A chirp function selector(120) selects a chirp function according to the existence of the NBI. A data transmitter(130) transmits data in a UWB(Ultra Wide Band) mode by using the selected concubine function. If the NBI is existed, the chirp function selection unit selects a non-linear chirp function.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
