PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sintered object is provided to manufacture the sintered object having thinned of the width of about 0.01~0.2mm and convex part.;CONSTITUTION: The binder made of metal powder, plastic resins, and wax is added. The raw material(1) is charged in the forming hole of the pressure form(5). The charged raw material is pressurized with the punch and is formed in the shape the user wants. The molding product obtained from the pressure forming process is taken out from the pressure form. The molding product is heated and removes the binder. The molding product is heated and the powder is diffusion-bound. The pressure form is formed by using the magnetic mold base. The cooling apparatus(9) is installed in the inner surface of the molding surface of the form hole and makes the refrigerant flows.
