PURPOSE: A probe, kit and method for diagnosing drug resistance are provided to quickly and accurately diagnose rifampin and isoniazid resistace of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.;CONSTITUTION: A probe for diagnosing anti-tuberculosis agent resistance contains one sequence selected among the sequence numbers 9 to 31. The anti-tuberculosis agent is rifampin and isoniazid. The probe specifically binds to katG, inhA, ahpC and rpoB genes. A method for diagnosing anti-tuberculosis agent resistance comprises: a step of conjugating the probe for diagnosing anti-tuberculosis to a solid support; a step of hybridizing PCR product of amplified Mycobacterium tuberculosis with the probe; and a step of detecting hybridized product.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
