PURPOSE: A mobile relay device with enhanced authentication and security functions and a packet data transceiving method using the same and a system thereof are provided to enhance authentication and security without complexity based on intrinsic identification information of a terminal user connected to a mobile router. CONSTITUTION: An SSID(Service Set IDentifier) setting unit(220) periodically changes at least two SSIDs. A wireless LAN processing unit(230) sets up wireless LAN connection with a mobile terminal requesting wireless LAN connection while changing the SSID. If the mobile terminal requests MAC authentication using a virtual MAC address value, an authentication processing unit(240) performs the MAC authentication with the mobile terminal. The SSID is set in a hidden mode.
