PURPOSE: A hand-held permanent magnet rotor health recovering apparatus is provided, which can help heath recovery while being used to be portable.;CONSTITUTION: A hand-held permanent magnet rotor health recovering apparatus comprises a magnetic roll(1) which is included within the cylindrical instrument which is formed by being supported by non-metallic material. The magnet roll is constituted as follows. A transverse section constitutes a circular cylindrical body by being closely fixed in five layers which are mutually parallel with the axis. A third layer(4) comprises the axial plane of the cylindrical body. The first and fifth layers(2,6) are made of iron magnetic material.
