LOW NOISE TYPE ELECTRONIC EXPANSION VALVE WITH A DISK BELLOWS

PURPOSE: A low noise type electronic expansion value having a built-in disc bellows is provided to improve rigidity of a metallic cylindrical can receiving a multi-stage gear and a step motor, thereby reducing vibration and tightly closing the can and a case body. CONSTITUTION: A low noise type electronic expansion value comprises a case part(10), a disc bellows(40), and a positioner main body(30). The case part comprises a can(13) where a ring type projection(131) is formed in an upper side. The disc bellows is bonded in a valve body guide surface(54) formed in an inner diameter side of a valve body(50) together with a disc bellows supporting ring(41). An end of an outer circumference of the disc bellows supporting ring is fixed to an upper part of the valve body. Therefore, the insides of a case body and the can are close tightly. The positioner main body is combined in the case body(11), and has a positioner holder(32). A positioner(33) passes through the positioner holder.
