PURPOSE: An image stabilizer and a digital photographing device comprising thereof are provided to reduce image blur resulting from camera shake due to hand-held shooting by compensating lens module and a driving unit.;CONSTITUTION: A correction lens module(110) includes correcting lens(111) and a correcting lens supporting plate(113) supporting the correcting lens. A base(120) supports the correcting lens supporting plate along the first axis perpendicular to the optical axis passing through the correcting lens, and secondary axis perpendicular to the optical axis and principal axis. To enable the correcting lens supporting plate moves along the first axis, the driving unit and the second driving unit moves the correcting lens supporting plate. To enable the correcting lens supporting plate moving along the second axis, the third driving unit and fourth driving unit moves the correcting lens supporting plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
