PURPOSE: Sporting goods are provided to promote convenience in use by a simple structure and convenience in movement by a light weight, and reduce a cost.;CONSTITUTION: The sporting goods include: a body having a chair on which a user can sit; an exercise bar(7) of which one side is connected to the front end of the body by a hinge pin and the other side faces downwardly and has both wings that a user can lift with one's both foot in a sitting state; and an elastic body installed on the body.
