摘要

PURPOSE: A vacuum melting device for light metal using electro-magnetic stirring and a vacuum melting method using the same are provided to increase debubbling efficiency and improve quality of the molten metal.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum melting device for light metal comprises a vacuum melting chamber(10), first and second material input pipes(40,42), a melting and heating unit(15), an electromagnetic stirring unit(16), first and second vacuum valves(30,50), and first and second melted liquid thermal insulation pipes(70,80). The first material input pipe is connected to one side of the vacuum melting chamber and a has an air discharge pipe(41) in one side. The first and second melted liquid thermal insulation pipes are installed in the outside of the vacuum melting chamber. A helical coil is formed inside the electromagnetic stirring unit. The first and the second vacuum valves are respectively installed in both ends of the first material input pipe. The first melted liquid thermal insulation pipe is connected to the other side of the vacuum melting chamber. The second melted liquid thermal insulation pipe is connected to the first melted liquid thermal insulation pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
